Description of the changes:

The previous implementation is bundled with the physical banks of NOMAD for the banks merging at the post processing stage. To expand the usage of the post processing tab to other use cases, we have to remove such a limitation.

This PR is for coping with the general way of the pixel grouping, where we can specify whatever suitable range for each banks, without worrying about the order of Q range limit for each bank that previously should have come in an increasing manner.
